Domus Go15 - Apartment management app
The project
With DomusGo15, through a single access, the various profiles concerned by the service, such as: co-owners, rented tenants, condominium administrators, business managers, professionals, institutions and organizations will be able to offer and use services dedicated to individual target audiences in a single integrated system. In Logix we took care of the entire development of the system, namely a mobile app for condominium users and a web app for administrators and professionals. On the backend side, a micro-service architecture was used for the front-end of the IONIC and Angular Mobile App, while Vue.JS was used for the Web App.
Users and condominiums
The application system allows you to monitor and manage all the activities of your condominium. From the homepage the condominium user can have a complete overview of the condominium activity: consult documents and notices uploaded by their administrator, view the marketplace area dedicated to the offer of professional services, consult requests made to professionals, accept or reject the quotes received.
Condominium administrators
Web app reserved for administrators belonging to the network for all the activities concerning the configuration, control and management of condominiums: from the uploading of documentation, to the publication of notices of common interest, to the inclusion of contracted professionals.

Professionals
Web app reserved for affiliated professionals and verified by condominium administrators and the DomusGo15 team to promote and offer their services within the network. The professionals, selected on the basis of high quality standards, must be approved in advance by the administrators in order to operate within the network. Once the user-professional has registered his account, he can fill out his profile card visible to condominiums, describe his activities, learn more about the services offered, offer discounts and promotions and provide quotes.
