The project
Logix is the beneficiary of the Public Notice "L'Impresa fa Cultura" for the realization of "Arts and Crafts", a project aimed at the artistic-cultural and handicraft heritage of the province of Rieti and its digitalization and fruition. We are developing a platform where artists, artisans, art admirers, potential customers but also exhibitions, culture and handmade creations enthusiasts can find a space of cohesion and keep up to date on events in the territory. Events and exhibitions:
The platform will provide a space capable of aggregating the various events in the area, furthermore it will allow the user to get information, know the appointments on the agenda, and how to participate, both as a spectator and as an exhibitor, and all the details on the program.
Artists and craftsmen:
Within their own space, each artist and craftsmen will be able to present themselves, their art, the materials chosen, the techniques used and exhibit their creations. The wide visibility offered by the platform will allow you to make your project known to an increasingly wider audience, capable of appreciating its authenticity and uniqueness.
Temporary exhibitions
The city spaces become the heart of events and lend themselves to being places of experience. Thanks to the platform, users will discover temporary stores, dedicated spaces within commercial premises, exhibitions and events, where artists and craftsmen have the opportunity to exhibit and sell their creations. In these spaces, visitors will experience what they find online, learn about the stories of artists and artisans and deepen their passions immersed in suggestive locations.
Purposes
The specific objective of the project activities is to digitize and make the artistic-cultural and artisan heritage of the Rieti province accessible and usable at any time, especially as regards the areas affected by the 2016 earthquake in Central Italy. This was made possible by integrating digital content with the promotion of traditional craftsmanship, traditional merchandising, tourism and social interaction between users.
